Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Snehshop. We value your trust and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. This policy explains our return, refund, and replacement process. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. You received a different product from what you ordered.
  3. The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

Please note:

  1. Some items (such as personal care products, cosmetics, intimate wear, or customized items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  2. Products bought during a sale or clearance may only be replaced if defective or damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@snehshop.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach product photos (if applicable).
  3. Our support team will verify your request and share the return shipping instructions.

Once approved, please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  2. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
  3. If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue the refund via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your details.

4. Replacements

If you wish to replace a defective or incorrect item, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost once we receive the returned product.

If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

5. Shipping Costs

  1. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.
  2. If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch.
  2. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per this policy.

7. Exceptions

Snehshop reserves the right to reject returns if:

  1. The product shows signs of use or damage after delivery.
  2. The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  3. The product is returned without original packaging or accessories.
