Return Policy

At Snehshop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every purchase you make with us. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  1. The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. You received a different item than what you ordered.
  3. The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Please note:

  1. Returns are accepted only for eligible products. Certain categories like personal care, cosmetics, innerwear, intimate products, and customized orders are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  2. Products purchased during sales, combo offers, or clearance events can only be returned if defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@snehshop.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Mention your order number, a brief reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Verification: Our customer support team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

3. Return Shipping

  1. If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.
  2. If the return is due to personal preference (for example, changed mind or wrong size ordered), the shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, our quality inspection team will examine it. Approval for a refund or replacement will be based on:

  1. The condition of the returned product
  2. Compliance with our return eligibility guidelines

5. Refunds & Replacements

  1. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
  3. Replacements (if applicable) will be shipped within 3–5 working days after the returned item passes inspection.
  4. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Personal care or hygiene products
  2. Used or unsealed items
  3. Customized or made-to-order products
  4. Items bought during flash sales or clearance events

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them or before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per our return policy.
